Only 10% of NEurodiverse employees disclose their disability

Workplace environments are built with neurotypical employees in mind despite that 15-20% of the population is neurodiverse. Most neurodiverse employees don't disclose their disability to their employer. We avoid asking for reasonable accommodations out of fear of retaliation that managers will use our disabilities against us. Some simply don't feel safe disclosing a disability.  However, a workplace can work toward better advocacy and more equitable environments with help.

After analyzing current practices and processes within the company we'll work together to understand where we can improve recruiting, accessibility, review cycles, accommodation requests, leadership training and more. Consulting services are provided over the course of six to twelve months.

Build on your live session with a virtual online hub of self-paced mini courses for the workplace. Allow employees to learn about executive functioning, implicit bias, recruiting, disclosure, leadership practices, and accessibility in the workplace.
