I love bees and was born with a hive smoker in my hand (blah blah all the usual bio profile junk). I keep about 20 colonies and a vegetable garden in the mountains of eastern Utah. Here are the real important things you are obviously desperate to know. I have a birthmark in my armpit and am a terrible mathematician. What I lack in understanding of complex theories such as Pi (clearly a food item - apple is my favorite) and invisible numbers (if I can't see them why should I care?) I make for in rad beekeeping skills.

When I'm not being a jerk by taking accidental photos of my own feet (I spent 13 years being a professional photographer), using the word 'honestly' too much, and putting the toilet paper roll on the wrong  way (how awful), I enjoy reading, the 10th Doctor, anything to do with Lord of the Rings, dying my hair purple, and basically anything nerdy.

It's my dream to live in a Thomas Kinkade painting. I envy people who only have one dog, because I have too many (3), but I'm an all or nothing kind of person. I also believe wine is like the force; it has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together.

Basically I'm not here to get Instagram likes, become TikTok famous, win fancy awards, get featured in magazines, or any of that other fun stuff. I'm just an autistic, ADHD, beekeeper and I hope to advocate in both those spaces for representation, intersectional feminism, and the neurodiverse & disabled community.
